Fun fact. There are many economic factors at play effecting rates. But the Fed has forecasted lower fed rates over the next few years. This means there is a good chance rates will drop.

Not so fun fact. Because of this, you will be solicited by many lenders and individual loan officers in an attempt to refinance. The question we seek to answer is: "is it the right time?"
